Whether it is a customised facial, relaxing massage, an invigorating body scrub or a technical procedure such as laser hair removal; you can be assured that you will be looked after from the minute you walk in until the minute you float out the door.

 

Arrival Time

To maximise enjoyment, we kindly request you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to complete your profile details and so you can begin to unwind and start to experience your Escape journey and your personalised consultation. For your relaxation with us, we kindly ask for you to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to subsequent visits.

 

Late Arrival

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you and allows us to give you your full treatment. If you arrive late, you will lose valuable treatment time. In the event that this occurs we will endeavour to prioritise the treatment you would like to be completed. You may be charged for your full treatment if we cannot perform any part of the treatment due to late arrival.

 

 

Appointment Policy

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your treatment will end at the allocated time that we have reserved for you so that the next client or therapist will not be inconvenienced. If you arrive late and your treatment has to be cut down, full price will be charged.

 

Reservations

To ensure availability of preferred treatments, date, time and therapist, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment as most popular timeslots book up quickly and are subject to availability.

 

Booking an appointment

A Credit Card or gift voucher details are required for booking any appointment for 30 minutes or more. This ensures your preferred appointment time is secured for you. All group bookings will be required to be paid in full to secure multiple appointment times. Once an appointment is booked and secured, we’ll expect you to be there unless we hear otherwise.

 

Re-bookings

Remember to make your next appointment before you leave to avoid disappointment of not securing your favourite therapist or time.

 

Notification of appointment

You will receive an SMS reminder the (first business) day before your appointment in order to facilitate you with confirming, cancelling or should you require to make changes.

 

Cancellation or failure to show

We require 24 hours notice should you wish to change or cancel your appointment. You will forfeit your deposit if we cannot fill your allocated time with another appointment due to less than 24 hour business notice or if you fail to arrive. 100% will be deducted from the value of Gift Vouchers in these instances or Credit Card will be charged. The particular treatment missed from a course or series will be made void.

 

To Maintain Peace and Tranquillity

Though we love children, please do not bring young children and babies to your treatment, as this can be unsafe and very disruptive to those that are paying for a relaxing experience.

 

 

Special Health Considerations

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications being taken as some treatments may not be suitable. Clients with certain health conditions may be advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking some services. If you are pregnant, modifications may be required to your preferred treatments.

 

 

Pregnancy Safety

Facials are a safe and ideal treatment at any time during pregnancy. As a precaution, we do not recommend you receive massage with essential oils in the first 13 weeks untill and unless your doctor has recommended in writing.

 

 

Attire

Your comfort is our priority. We recommend comfortable clothing and leaving valuables at home. Escape accepts no responsibility for accidental loss or damage to property including theft. Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and maintain privacy at all times. We will provide you with robes, slippers and disposable underwear when required. Please do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason.

 

 

Gift Voucher Policy

Ensure to keep these safe as they are considered like cash. If lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced. The details must be given at time of booking and brought with you to your appointment, otherwise the treatment may not proceed or it will have to be paid for by an alternate method. Gift Vouchers are subject to cancellation and late arrival conditions.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Products once opened will not be exchanged or refunded.

Gift Vouchers once issued will not be refunded,you may request to change of name to share with another friend or family member.
